ROBBIE Williams will be steering clear of LOBSTER for a while after a brutal bout of food poisoning.
The Take That star has spent the past 72 hours running to the bathroom on tiptoes and shouting for his pal Huey down the pan.
The manband had been due to play the second of two dates in Copenhagen's Parken stadium on Saturday night but had to pull out at the last minute.
In an official statement the lads said Robbie had been left unable to perform because of food poisoning.
And Bizarre can reveal it was "grilled Danish black lobster with lobster salad and saffron aioli" to blame for leaving him with a bottom like the Japanese flag. In a brief moment when he wasn't on the khazi, he posted this pic and a message on his blog yesterday.
He said: "Hey folks. Thank you for your messages and love. I'm not completely out of the woods yet but feeling much better.
"Gutted for everyone involved with the tour.
"Feeling dreadful for letting the fans down. I'm so, so sorry. Here's me and my drip."
Robbie has ended up with dehydration and in need of the drip because he has lost so much fluid.
A source said: "It hasn't been pretty. It's all down to a dodgy lobster he ate at a hotel.
"Jason and Mark wanted to go ahead and do it without him, so as not to let down the fans.
"But there was something to do with the insurance that stopped them.
"I think they would have had to pay back on the tickets if people there said they wanted to see Robbie and they'd done the gig without him.
"They are in Amsterdam tomorrow and I think everyone is just hoping he'll be well enough to perform then."
Robbie might need a cork and a serious dose of Imodium first.
The bar 'n' grill terrace at the hotel where Robbie ate boasts plenty of seafood on its menu. But as Gary always says, stick to the club sandwiches on tour.

It has been said before, but they should have gone on as a 4 piece like the old days. Sorry but I am just not a fan of his at all, poorly or not....

To be fair - I'm sure a lot of people were only going for Rob's solo set and it could have been potentially embarrassing for the other four if they'd got booed off for Rob not being there.

I don't see why everyone is hating on him so much...I mean yes I would be greatly annoyed if I had waited around all day to see them and he was ill, but then again everyone gets ill at some point. The reason they didn't go on as a four piece as well is due to the fact that its the 'reunion' tour and it would have completely defeated the object. Being a huge fan of the boys and especially Robbie, I would have been devastated after watching the take that 4 piece at the beginning of the concert and then not getting Robbie's big solo entrance. The whole idea of the tour was for all 5 to be back on stage performing together not the 4 of them again!!!!

They did the right thing cancelling, most of the Danes were there for Robbie. He still looks fit even when he's poorly!

Sooooo sad and devestating that the concert was cancelled saturday in Copenhagen. 1/100 of the danish population should have been there (we are a small country:o) i know)

Yes they did do the right thing as it was a reunion Tour. Also the middle part of the the show and the end Robbie was in and they could not rearrange two parts of the show on such a huge production and at such short notice and they had nothing else planned to put into the show.Like him or not they needed Robbie to do this show not because he is better he is part of the puzzle that fitted into place to complete the Tour. Sorry for the fans that missed out that had travelled from all over the place to see the boys, but you can't help being ill. The boys want loose out as they are covered by insurance so they didn't need to go on even as four of them. Hope Robbie takes a leaf out of Gary's book and sticks to the club sandwiches.

Because of the cancellation saturday, I just spend a lot of money buying tickets, ferry and hotel in Hamburg...

I went to their show on Friday (also in CPH) and was going to the one on Saturday too. You're all making it sound like all of the concert-goers only went to see Robbie! So to be fair to the other lads, I went only to see them :-) I attented the show to hear the music from Beautiful World and The Circus. Robbie was a nice addition though and he WAS a big part of the show, so I see why they decided not to go through with the show.

My wife and I were going to the concert when we got the message about the cancellation.
It’s true that Robbie is very popular in Denmark. He is the only one before Take That to fill Parken Stadium 2 days in a row.
At the concert Friday the most came to see Rob.
But the concert Friday was actually an extra concert held because the original concert was sold out within 4 hours.
The concert Saturday was for the **** TT-fans.
Therefore, Robbie easily could have stayed at his hotel, and the rest of us could have had a great time with the 4 real TT’s.

But to cancel 5 minutes before the doors are to be open..... Not okay!!!
Too many people where on their way and had quit substantial amount of travel expences....
People saw Robbie Williams outside the hotel at 5.30 pm, what is that all about???
I will still be a Robbie Williams Fan(sorry, not the big take that fan, only bought the ticket because of RW) But we have a saying in Denmark
